For almost every school in Swindon, on Saturday 21st, there was a cross country event that took place at Hreod School. The top 10 from each group would represent Swindon in the Wiltshire trials.
Our school, as a whole, did exceedingly well, with many of our pupils ranking on the leader board.
Nyle Clinton stole the show and made it to 2nd place. Hayley Elbourne and Jodie Watt also made the top 5!
Here at G-Mag, we are sure that the school is extremely proud of all of the students who participated in the event and believe congratulations are in order!

I as a parent was very proud to see how well the Greendown students performed in cross country, on a cold and very damp morning. I think all who qualified deserve a mention, maybe Mr Dobbs could help with this but Charlie George 1st Minor girls, Ashlee-Rae Cleverly 3rd minor girls and Jasmine Kutassy 9th, to name just a few. Congratulations to you all.
